CSRAGE — Terms and Conditions

1. Introduction
Welcome to CSRAGE ("we," "us," or "our"). These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of bots.csrage.com (the "Website"), and all associated services provided by CSRAGE, including the CS2 Skins Resale Bot System (collectively, the "Services").
CSRAGE is a company registered in France, operating within the European Union in compliance with applicable French commercial and digital service laws.
By accessing or using the Website or Services, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and any additional rules or policies displayed on the Website.
If you do not agree with these Terms, you must immediately discontinue using the Services.
2. Definitions
For the purposes of these Terms:
- "User" means any person who accesses or uses the Services.
- "Bot" or "SKINS RESALE BOT" means an automated account system operated under the CSRAGE platform that trades CS2 skins via Steam.
- "Site Balance" means the main account balance available to the User on the CSRAGE Website.
- "Bot Balance" means funds within a user-owned bot used exclusively for automated trades.
- "Profit" means the net gains derived from bot trades completed during a monthly period.
- "Services" means all functionalities of CSRAGE, including but not limited to trading, resale bots, automation systems, and support features.
3. Acceptance of Terms
By creating an account, purchasing or activating a Bot, or using any CSRAGE Services, you confirm that you:
- Have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms in full;
- Are at least 18 years of age and legally capable of entering into binding agreements;
- Will comply with all applicable laws and regulations in your jurisdiction.
CSRAGE reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Updated Terms will be published on the Website with the revised date, and continued use of the Services constitutes acceptance of the modifications.
4. Eligibility
Access to CSRAGE is limited to individuals aged 18 years or older. Users must ensure that the use of Services does not violate any applicable laws in their country of residence.
CSRAGE reserves the right to suspend or terminate access to any User if such activity is found to contravene national or international laws or CSRAGE's internal compliance policies.
5. Description of Services
CSRAGE provides Users with access to automated CS2 Skins Resale Bots, which operate through the Steam trading system to buy and sell virtual items.
Each Bot is individually owned and configured by the User and functions autonomously under CSRAGE's platform supervision. Bots utilize a user-managed balance to perform trades and generate profit based on market activity.
CSRAGE facilitates the technical framework for these operations but does not guarantee profit, performance, or market conditions.
6. User Accounts
To use CSRAGE, Users must register for an account by providing accurate and verifiable information. Users are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of their credentials and all activity conducted through their accounts.
CSRAGE reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account that:
- Provides false or misleading information;
- Violates these Terms;
- Engages in fraudulent, abusive, or manipulative trading behavior.
7. Payments, Balances, and Fees
Users can maintain two balances:
- Bot Balance: Used solely for automated trades within the Bot.
- Site Balance: The main wallet for commissions, deposits, and withdrawals.
Commission and Fees:
- CSRAGE charges a commission on profit generated from completed trades. The commission starts at 30% and can be reduced by up to 5% through upgrades available within the platform (minimum fee: 25%).
- Each bot has its own individual fee percentage based on upgrades purchased, starting at 30% default.
- Fees accumulate as fee debt on your bot account and are calculated as a percentage of the profit from each completed trade.
- Fee debt is automatically deducted from instant sell proceeds. When you use the "Instant Sell" feature, the site will deduct your outstanding fee debt from the sale amount first, and the remaining balance is added to your Site Balance for withdrawal.
- If insufficient funds exist to cover outstanding fees, the Bot may be automatically disabled until payment is completed.
Withdrawals:
After fees are settled, Users may withdraw funds or CS2 skins from the Bot Balance to their Site Balance or directly to Steam, depending on platform availability and compliance requirements.
8. Ownership and Lifetime
Each SKINS RESALE BOT is owned by the User for a period of 12 months (1 year) from the date of purchase.
After the lifetime expires, the Bot automatically ceases operation.
9. Prohibited Conduct
Users are strictly prohibited from:
- Manipulating or exploiting the trading system;
- Circumventing commission structures;
- Attempting to interfere with CSRAGE's software or API;
- Engaging in fraudulent, abusive, or exploitative behavior;
- Using the platform for money laundering or illegal transactions;
- Sharing accounts or reselling unauthorized access.
Violation of any of the above may result in immediate termination of the account and forfeiture of balances or Bots.
10. Intellectual Property
All content, design, code, systems, and branding associated with CSRAGE are the exclusive property of CSRAGE.
Users are granted a limited, non-transferable, non-exclusive license to use the Services for personal, non-commercial purposes.
Unauthorized reproduction, modification, or distribution of CSRAGE materials is strictly prohibited.
11. Disclaimer of Warranties
The Website and Services are provided "as is" and "as available" without any warranties, express or implied.
CSRAGE does not guarantee uninterrupted operation, profitability, or specific trading outcomes.
Users acknowledge that trading virtual items involves inherent market risks, and CSRAGE shall not be held liable for losses arising from market volatility, third-party platform restrictions, or technical malfunctions.
12. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, CSRAGE shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Services.
CSRAGE's total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the User for the specific Service or Bot giving rise to the claim.
13. Termination
CSRAGE reserves the right to suspend or terminate a User's account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms or for legal/compliance reasons.
Upon termination, access to all Services, balances, and Bots will be revoked. CSRAGE may retain data as required by law or for internal audit purposes.
14. Governing Law and Jurisdiction
These Terms and any disputes arising from them shall be governed by the laws of France.
Any legal action or proceeding relating to these Terms shall be brought exclusively before the competent courts of Paris, France.
